 Dr. Liesa works with Cherrie Barker, CNS – a Nurse Practitioner who has specific experience in age management and senior health. Together, they give Elite Care members the time, attention and high quality medical care they need.
Cherrie has many years of life experience as well as nursing experience. She is strong patient advocate and believes in your absolute right make informed choices about your healthcare.
Cherrie has cared for patients as an ICU staff nurse, as a hospice nurse, as an instructor teaching clinical nursing skills to baccalaureate nursing students and as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) with prescriptive authority (an advanced practice nurse nationally accredited and licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing). As a CNS, she is a clinical expert in the diagnosis and treatment of illness as well as in the delivery of evidence-based nursing interventions. She is credentialed as an Adult Health CNS with a focus on chronic illness and geriatrics.
Dr. Liesa and Cherrie collaborate to provide every single patient the most attentive, in-depth healthcare possible, offering combined expertise from both a doctor’s and nurse’s perspective.
Life Coaching through Elite Care.
 As an Elite Care member, you also have access to Larry Sanders, a Life Coach with over 30 years of experience helping people identify and reach their personal goals, with regard to their health and life in general.
In addition to the work he does with our Elite Care clients, Larry consults privately with executives, managers, human resource personnel and parents. His client list has included Dell Computer, Tetco, and Los Alamos National Laboratory where he taught problem-solving and creativity to some of the world’s top physicists and engineers.
Larry served for three years as a Presidential Fellow in Psychological Research at Trinity University. He has worked with clients from all over the United States and from as far away as Finland and Japan.
